Medical Fitness Therapy
Have you had a long term problem with pain?
Are you recovering from surgery? Or having difficulty transitioning from therapy back to a regular fitness program?
Medical fitness therapy would be just right for you. Sessions are offered virtually and in office.
During your first visit (55 minutes in length), we’ll review your medical history and your current fitness routine (if any) and create a therapy plan that will fit your individual needs. Your plan might include Yoga, Pilates, Stretching, and Reiki.
