Ann Marie is an Occupational therapist and owner of Integrated Mind & Body, LLC. She has devoted her 30 year professional career to helping her clients and patients lead healthier and more productive lives. Her experience as an OT, fitness trainer, and breast cancer survivor convinced her how integral emotional and spiritual well being is to the healing process. This motivated Ann Marie to earn certifications in Yoga, Pilates, Tai chi, and Reiki. The integration of these approaches, along with traditional rehabilitation empowers Ann Marie to optimally meet patient and client goals.
In addition, Ann Marie is co-owner of Integrated Rehab and Fitness, an organization that provides educational seminars for health and fitness professionals. She has co-authored the “CD–Return to Life: Breast Cancer Recovery Using Pilates”. Ann Marie has been a presenter for MAOT, MEDS-PDN, MedStar Health, the Greater Boston Knitting Guild, City Year of Boston, Thrive Together, and a visiting instructor for F. Holland Day Foundation–A Healing Center for People with Cancer.
With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry my goal is to help others enhance their quality of life through education and activity. When not working with clients you will find me attending kickboxing classes, strength training in my home gym and pampering myself with a massage treatment.
I achieved my BS in Clinical Exercise Physiology and my MS in Applied Anatomy and Physiology from Boston University, Boston, MA.
