Ann Marie is an Occupational therapist and owner of Integrated Mind & Body, LLC. She has devoted more than 30 years, to helping her clients and patients lead healthier and more productive lives. Her experience as an OT, fitness trainer, and breast cancer survivor convinced her how integral emotional and spiritual well being is to the healing process. This motivated Ann Marie to earn certifications in Yoga, Pilates, Tai chi, and Reiki. The integration of these approaches, along with traditional rehabilitation empowers Ann Marie to optimally meet patient and client goals.
In addition, she has co-authored the” Pilates for the Breast Cancer Survivor: A Guide to Recovery Healing and Wellness”,
“CD-ROM Return to Life: Breast Cancer Recovery Using Pilates”. “Living life after Cancer” Pilates and Wellness for Survivors. Ann Marie has been a presenter for MAOT, MEDS-PDN, MedStar Health, The Women’s Cancer Wellness Fund, The Greater Boston Knitting Guild, City Year of Boston, , and a visiting instructor for F. Holland Day Foundation–A Healing Center for People with Cancer. She also teaches Hatha Yoga for the Zakim Center of Integrative Therapies at the Dana Faber Cancer Institute.
