In 1991, I became a statistic, and was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and then again in 2002. I searched for a program that would address my active lifestyle, and one that would foster a holistic approach to healing, and none existed. Using my skills as an Occupational Therapist, Pilates, Yoga, and Reiki Master, I designed a program for myself that would address this and more.

In 2008, I met Naomi Aaronson, MA OTR/L, CHT, CPI and we combined our interests and formed a company entitled Integrated Rehab Fitness, a company that educates health and fitness professionals. We designed a 3 phase program for breast cancer patients using a Pilates based approach.

At Integrated Mind & Body, a comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluation is performed and a holistic program is designed for that individual with breast cancer.
