Yoga ~ “The Union of the Body and Mind ~ The Breath is the Link” Integrated Mind & body provides private training in Hatha Yoga and Svaroopa Yoga.

Whether you are a novice to Yoga, want to deepen your practice, or heal from an illness or injury, Integrated Mind & Body can provide you with this experience.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a system of physical postures, poses (asanas), and breathing techniques. Each works in subtle ways to increase range of motion to a joint, strengthen your body, relax, refresh the body, and focus the mind.

Svaroopa Yoga

Svaroopa means “The Bliss of your own Being,” is a restorative style of yoga, that specializes in the opening of the spine. While performing the asanas (poses) you will work toward releasing tensions that lie in the deepest layers of the body.

To help with these releases, we use props and the especially wonderful Svaroopa blankets.
