All classes are small which allows for maximum individualized attention (6-8 people.) Please RSVP for all classes. Bring your own mat. All classes are one hour in length and require an RSVP to 781-622-0515.

Pilates Small Equipment Group Class (pronounced pill-ah-teez)
A method of whole body conditioning that works to stretch and strength your body. Learn the biomechanical principles that make this muscle conditioning exercise a great way to strengthen your core. We will use a variety of small group apparatus to enhance or support the body for each exercise. Essential to Intermediate Level. 1 hour class.

Pilates for Bone Building  NEW!   Starts 10/4/2011

This is a 4 week group class focusing on the basic principles of Pilates, breathing techniques, alignment and core control. This is a safe and effective class for someone with osteoporosis and osteopenia. Requirements : you must be able to get down to the floor.  One hour class.

Hatha Yoga
Learn the practice of Yoga. Yoga means (Union) the union of the mind and body with and the breath being the link. Learn a variety of yoga poses, and breathing techniques, to help reduce stress, relax your body, increase flexibility, strength, range of motion, refresh the body and focus and calm your mind. All Levels invited. 1 hour class.

Pretzel Kids® (ages 5–8)
Using imaginative yoga game play, postures, and breathing, we explore balance and harmony in a way that kids can grasp. Introduce your child to Pretzel Kids®, and experience a positive change in the way they relate to you and the world around them.

Handwriting without Tears® (Pre-K –5th grade)
Private handwriting sessions using a multi-sensory approach to find confidence in creating letterforms, numbers and shapes.

Tai Chi
A Chinese system of low meditative physical exercises designed for relaxation, balance and health. Tai Chi is often called “moving meditation”. Integrated Mind & Body LLC offers 1:1 training and group classes.

WOW- Women onto Wellness

An integrated mind/body group for women with cancer. This group meets the first Satruday of the month at 2:00 pm. Please RSVP for this group 781-622-0515
